2. Payments & Fees
- All course fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-refundable once classes begin, except within the 10-day money-back guarantee window or other approved special circumstances.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of classes or access.
3. Attendance Policy
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
- Repeated absence without notice may impact academic progress.
- Missed classes will not always be compensated unless officially approved.
4. Recorded Lessons
- NEOGEN may provide access to recorded lessons for revision purposes.
- Recorded lessons are for personal use only.
- Sharing, distributing, or selling recordings is strictly prohibited.
5. Academic Integrity
- Students must complete their work honestly.
- Cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of educational resources may result in disciplinary action or termination.
6. Conduct & Discipline
Students must:
- Maintain respectful behavior with teachers and staff.
- Avoid abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
- Not harass other students.
NEOGEN reserves the right to suspend or remove students violating these rules.
7. Homework & Performance Monitoring
- Homework must be submitted on time.
- Progress reports may be shared with parents/guardians.
- Academic improvement depends on student effort and participation.
8. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection.
- Maintaining their own device compatibility.
- Ensuring working microphones/cameras if required.
NEOGEN is not responsible for disruptions caused by personal technical issues.
9. Intellectual Property
All notes, videos, lectures, PDFs, and materials remain the property of NEOGEN. Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Past Papers & Exam Board Materials
NEOGEN's Past Papers & Resource Hub gives students convenient access to past examination papers, mark schemes, syllabuses, and related revision material for O Level, IGCSE, and A Level subjects.
- NEOGEN does not own, and makes no claim of ownership over, any past paper, mark scheme, syllabus document, or examiner report made available through the platform.
- This material is the intellectual property of the relevant examination boards, including Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), Edexcel/Pearson, and other awarding bodies. NEOGEN is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any examination board.
- Past papers are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial revision purposes. Re-uploading, reselling, or redistributing this material outside NEOGEN is not permitted.
